Nari jewelry is handcrafted to order by skilled artisans. Please allow up to 4 weeks before it is shipped. However, if we have your items in stock, we will ship them to you within 3-5 business-days. If you have any requests or questions, please contact us. 

You will receive an email confirmation when your order is placed and another with tracking information when it is shipped. If you would like to check on the status of your order, please email orders@narifinejewels.com.

 ETERNITY RINGS

We add a spacer in most of our eternity rings to obtain the exact size. We remove one (possible two stones) and add a small gold spacer. The spacer also makes resizing possible in the future if needed and beautifully becomes part of the ring design.

 DESIGN MODIFICATION & CUSTOM

All jewelry is made to order and may be customized upon request (ie, chain lengths or different gemstones) 18k gold in yellow, rose and white are also available on request. If you require alterations or customization, please contact us.

 GEMSTONES & PEARLS

All the gemstones we use at Nari Fine Jewels are natural. Slight imperfections and variations in colors, size, shape, and characters in our gems are an inherent quality of nature and in their beauty, which make them unique. The total carat weight may vary depending on your ring size. The measurements (in millimeters) provided in the descriptions are for objective purposes only. The reason is that the same shaped stone with the same carat weight can have a different measurement due to minor variation of its proportion.

 REPAIR

We will repair at cost on our pieces within the first 2 months of purchase. You will be able to approve an estimate of the repair prior to the repair. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Please contact us prior to mailing with your information and order numbers. We recommend using a courier service with signature required and full insurance to send in your pieces. The piece(s) should be well packed and padded. We are not responsible for any damage during the transit due to poor packing.

We will notify you once we receive the package and let you know any cost involved, and expected timeframe.
